Commissioner Henry Hines took office as County Commissioner of District 1 on November 11, 2020. Commissioner Hines is an Elmore County native and a graduate of Wetumpka High School. He previously served in the United Air Force and Air Force Reserve and is an active member of Union Congregational Christian Church.
