The Circuit Clerk is the Clerk of the Circuit Courts and acts as the ex-officio recorder of Greene County. The Circuit Court is made up of Domestic Relations, Civil, Criminal, and Juvenile Courts. The administrative duties of the Circuit Clerk are to maintain a record of all proceedings of the Circuit Courts and serve as the Land Recorder for the County.
