About

Supervisor Sonny Borrelli, a retired USMC GySgt, served in the Marines from 1977 to 1999. After relocating to Arizona in 2000, he pursued small business ownership and served on the Lake Havasu City council from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Borrelli was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, serving two terms, and later to the Arizona State Senate in 2016, where he held various leadership and committee positions. In 2020, he was reelected to a third term, serving as Majority Whip and then Majority Leader, and was inducted into the Military Rodeo Hall of Fame.
