About

Anne Cottrell was elected to represent District 3 on the Board of Supervisors in 2022. Anne was born and raised in St. Helena; her parents moved here in 1969 to be part of Napa Valley's agriculture and winemaking community. Anne earned an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a law degree from UC Berkeley.
