Commissioner Yesenia Baron was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Organizational Management, culminating her law enforcement career as a retired Special Agent from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement where she investigated crimes against children and missing persons. She now assists law enforcement agencies worldwide in building capacities for responding to missing and abducted children.
