Douglas Moore represents Bay County’s District 4, which encompasses most of unincorporated Bay County. Doug graduated from the University of Georgia in 1990 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance, from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2006 with a Juris Doctorate, and from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2014.
