Jayne Kocher is a popular longtime area realtor with extensive experience in downtown redevelopment and community planning, having served on the Bradenton Downtown Development Authority. She has long been engaged in issues affecting Bradenton residents, including infrastructure, traffic, neighborhood preservation, and water quality. A graduate of Florida State University, she is a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and a mother of two and grandmother of three.
