Commissioner Nabicht moved to Deltona in 1977 and served 31 years with the Deltona Fire District, retiring as Deputy Chief and Fire Marshal. He previously served eight years as District 6 City Commissioner and Vice Mayor. He holds an AS degree from Daytona State College and has been married for 40 years.
