About

Mayor Charles (Chuck) Shaw was elected in March 2024, having previously served five terms as a City of Greenacres Councilmember and Deputy Mayor. He is well known for his over 50 years of service in the Palm Beach County School system, including roles as Principal, Area Superintendent, and Director of Governmental Relations. Shaw was inducted into the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame in 2006 and served on the Palm Beach County School Board as Member, Chairman, and Vice Chairman.
