Mr. Ken Amaro, born in the U.S. Virgin Islands, earned a BBA from Jones College in 1980. He worked as an Anchor/Reporter at First Coast News from 1979 until 2021, known for his "On Your Side" consumer reports and winning four Emmy awards. After retirement, he was elected to the Jacksonville City Council to continue his public service, advocating for honesty and integrity.
