Commissioner Brian Welch has served the citizens of District 4 since 2020. He was elected to the Leon County Commission in November of 2020 to represent the residents of Northeast Leon County. Brian’s priorities include protecting the quality of life and property values of neighborhoods, providing adequate recreational and transportation infrastructure, protecting the environment, and keeping communities safe.
