David Rice was first elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2002 and has been re-elected multiple times, representing District 4, accumulating over 20 years of experience. A Monroe County resident since 1973, he founded and served as executive director for the Guidance Clinic of the Middle Keys for over 30 years before retiring in 2006.
