Commissioner Carolyn Ketchel represents District Two, including Shalimar, Okaloosa Island, and parts of unincorporated Fort Walton Beach. With over 38 years as an Okaloosa County resident, she brings extensive federal, state, and local experience in social services policy and administration. She was recognized as Florida's Social Worker of the Year in 2015 and received the 2020 Presidential Advocacy Award from the Florida Association of Counties.
