Commissioner Dianne Williams-Cox was born and raised in Quincy, Florida, and graduated with honors from Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Data Processing Technology. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Her life has been dedicated to community service, voter advocacy, and championing causes for underserved residents in Tallahassee.
