Dean Kicklighter is married to Tammy Bower Kicklighter and they are proud parents of four children and five grandchildren. A lifelong resident of West Chatham County, he grew up in Garden City and now resides in Pooler, GA. Commissioner Kicklighter owns and operates two family businesses, Randell & Dean’s and Hardcore 24 and Randell’s 24 Hour Gym, both located in Garden City.
