Reverend Marsha Buford is the Founder and Pastor of The House of Favor Full Gospel Ministries, Inc., where she has served in ministry leadership for the past 19 years. From 2010 to 2023, she also worked as a Job Coach with the Family Restoration Network’s Workforce Development Program. She currently teaches the Fatherhood Program at the Smith Transitional Center in Claxton, Georgia.
