Madam Clerk Annetta Danley Stembridge, elected as the Douglas County Clerk of Superior and State Court in Douglas county in 2020, is the first Black person to hold this title. She was born in Winston, Georgia, and has been a Douglas County resident her entire life. Her goal has always been to serve the citizens of Douglas County.
