Renee Godwin is a long-time resident of Douglas County with over 27 years of experience as a law enforcement professional in the Metropolitan Atlanta area, including serving as a Douglas County Deputy Sheriff. She is a Georgia Certified Peace Officer and a State Certified Assessor for the Georgia Police Accreditation Coalition. Renee graciously thanks the citizens in Douglas County for entrusting her to serve as their County Coroner.
