First elected in 2010, Phil Kieffer represents Effingham County’s Fifth District, bringing thirteen years of service and leadership that have fostered economic growth and recreational opportunities. A lifelong native, he holds a B.S. from Georgia Southern University and is president of Phillip Kieffer Construction. He is a member of Springfield Oaks Church and enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandi, and their three sons playing baseball, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
