Commissioner Justin Frasier was born in Liberty County to the late Charles Frasier and Mrs. Shirley Frasier. He is a 1999 graduate of Liberty County High School and later attended Morris Brown College, graduating in 2003, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration. He became the Commissioner of District 2 in 2012, is active in the community, and is married with two children.
