Commissioner Tally M. "Mark" Wisenbaker, Jr. is a native of Lowndes County, born October 10, 1951 in Valdosta, Georgia. He is a 1970 graduate of Woodward Academy and a graduate of Valdosta State College with a BBA in Management. His experiences and opportunities will greatly contribute to his position as a Lowndes County Commissioner, helping him serve the community positively and effectively.
