Michael Smith is the CEO of the Greater Valdosta United Way and a lifelong resident of Valdosta, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University. He is passionate about serving the citizens of Lowndes County, striving to inspire positive change and growth while being fiscally responsible. Commissioner Smith is married to Leslie Smith, has five children, and is a member of Park Avenue Church.
