Lester M. Miller is the second Mayor of Macon-Bibb County's Consolidated Government and the community's first mayor in 13 years. An attorney, small business owner, and lifelong resident of Middle Georgia, he is recognized as a community leader. He and his wife, Toby, have been married for 32 years and raised their two sons in Macon-Bibb.
