Cynthia Jenkins has served on the Newnan City Council since 2004 and served as Mayor Pro Tem from 2006 to 2020. Ms. Jenkins is a Coweta County native, educated in the Coweta County School System, and is a graduate of East Coweta High School. She currently serves as the CEO of Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity.
