Danny Sprank was sworn in as Dubuque's Third Ward City Council Representative on Nov. 12, 2019, and reelected in 2021. He graduated from the University of Dubuque in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in business management and works as a project manager/estimator for Giese Roofing Company. He is married to Chuck Harris and is active with his church.
