About

Jill Altringer grew up in Northwest Iowa and has called Polk County home since 2001. She served on the Grimes City Council for 16 years and was appointed to the Polk County Conservation Board, serving as Chair until her election to the Polk County Board of Supervisors. With degrees in biology, chemistry, and law from the University of Iowa, Jill is dedicated to public service and enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
