Supervisor Matt McCoy represents Polk County's First District, which includes parts of Des Moines' south side and majority of the west side, Windsor Heights as well as West Des Moines and Clive within Polk County. Matt previously served two terms in the Iowa House and six terms in the Iowa Senate. He has received numerous awards for his legislative and civic participation and serves on several boards.
