About

Meredith Stead lived in a few different places before calling Boise home, graduating from the University of Colorado with a BA in Communication and English Literature. Her career included work in independent film and launching the San Francisco Ski and Snowboard Festival. Appointed by Mayor McLean in 2023, she was elected to a four-year term and selected by her peers to serve as Council President.
