About

Councilmember Scott Tilmant was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and lived overseas before returning to the US to start a civil drafting and service business. He moved to Caldwell in 1998, where he has served the community through Scouting and on the Impact Fee Advisory Board. Elected in 2025, he began his term on the Caldwell City Council in January 2026.
