About

David Bills was appointed to the Nampa City Council in January 2024 and later voted Council President in 2026. A graduate of Borah High School and Boise State University, he and his wife Carrie have been active in real estate, construction, and development in Nampa since 1994 through their company Lanco, Inc. Bills has also led various Biblical ministries and previously served on the Nampa City Council and Meridian School District School Board.
