Victor Rodriguez was elected to the Nampa City Council in November of 2017 and re-elected in November of 2021 and November of 2025 to District 5. He retired from the Nampa Police Department in 2012 after serving 40 years as a police officer, including 30 years as a homicide detective. Victor is married to Delsie Rodriguez, and they have 7 children and 20 grandchildren.
