Board member Wasik represents District 6, which includes Grayslake, Hainesville, Round Lake, Highland Lake and Third Lake, and portions of Fremont and Lake Villa Townships (West Miltmore and Venetian Village). He resides in Grayslake with his wife and two daughters, owns a small business called JK Enterprises and is a professional speaker and journalist who has authored 19 books. He is also an environmental steward, musician and avid hiker and cyclist. He has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
