Patty A. Sprague has been the Auditor of St. Clair County since October, 2003, having previously served on the St. Clair County Board of Review. The Auditor is considered the “Watch Dog” of St. Clair County, with state laws requiring at least 20 hours of continuing professional education annually for the auditor.
