About

Thomas Holbrook was appointed to the office of County Clerk on July 1, 2013, elected to this office in 2014, and re-elected in 2018. Tom graduated from SIUE in 1971 with a BA in Social Science. Tom was elected to the position of St. Clair County Board Member, District 10, from 1981 to 1994, and elected Illinois State Representative, District 113, from 1995-2011. Tom was appointed to Chairman of the Illinois Pollution Control Board from 2011-2013.
