Andrew Lopinot has been the St. Clair County Treasurer since 2018. He is passionate about public service and helping his community. Prior to being elected as the St. Clair County Treasurer in 2018, Andrew served as the Chief Deputy Treasurer in the office. He also previously represented his neighbors and community as an Alderman for the City of O'Fallon.
