About

Kevin Van Horn is a current County Council Member for District 3, which covers precincts in center township. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and works at the Indianapolis Electrical Training Center. Kevin is also involved in community theater, serves as an Elder at First Community Church of Lebanon, and is a member and past president of the Lebanon Elks Club.
