Commissioner Kelly Herzet represents District 3 of Butler County, elected in November 2020 and again in 2024 for a term expiring January 2029. He retired from the Butler County Sheriff's Office after 33 years of service and has been active with Flinthills Services Inc. and CASA. Commissioner Herzet has two grown children, three grandsons, and resides in Potwin.
