Commissioner Geoff Besecker was first elected District 2 Commissioner in November 2018 and is currently serving his second term. He recently retired after 28 years as a National Board Certified teacher at Campbell County High School, where he coached varsity baseball and chaired the Social Studies Department. He is actively involved in community initiatives, serving as president of the Campbell County Education Foundation and the Campbell County Kiwanis Club.
