Brian Worrell is the Boston City Councilor for District 4, which includes Mattapan, Dorchester, and parts of Jamaica Plain and Roslindale. He has served as Vice President of the Boston City Council and Chair of the Council’s Committee on Ways and Means, where he led the Council’s review of the City’s FY25 and FY26 budgets. A native Bostonian, Councilor Worrell is the son of parents who immigrated from Jamaica and Barbados and is a small business owner.
