Joseph M. Petty is serving his fifteenth two-year term as Councilor-At-Large and his eighth term as Mayor of the City of Worcester, also serving as Chairman of the Worcester School Committee. He has been Mayor since January 2012 and holds a BS in Business Administration from Nichols College and a law degree from New England School of Law. Mayor Petty prioritizes reliable police and fire services, budgetary prudence, and improving infrastructure in schools and neighborhoods.
