Izola (Zola) Shaw is a councilmember for the City of Rockville. She is liaison to the Human Rights Commission, Rockville Housing Enterprises and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments’ Region Forward Coalition. Shaw has served on several Montgomery County and city boards and committees, including the Charter Review Commission.
