LYNN MIELKE is serving her first term on the Talbot County Council. She graduated from Washington College in 1972 and the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1979, subsequently joining a law firm in Easton and serving as an Assistant Public Defender for Talbot County. Prior to her retirement in 2016, she operated a general practice with a concentration in family law.
