Councilman Bill Ostash is a lifelong resident of the Great Lakes Bay Region, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Management. He has served on the City Council since 2018 and was previously active in historic preservation, including chairing the Saginaw Historic District Commission. He is dedicated to Saginaw's progress and rebirth.
