Jay Stroebel has been the City Manager of Brooklyn Park since August 2015, having previously served in leadership roles in the City of Minneapolis and the State of Minnesota. He holds a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree in economics from St. Olaf College. In his spare time, Jay enjoys tennis, cross country skiing, camping, and traveling with his family.
