Kelly Miller is the first Native American elected to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners and is a proud member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. Born and raised in the Mille Lacs area, Miller has dedicated her career to public service and community advocacy. Miller resides in Maplewood with her fiancée and two children.
