Larry Vincent was appointed to the office of Cole County Collector of Revenue on October 3, 2007, by Governor Matt Blunt. Mr. Vincent is a 5-time past elected councilman for the City of Jefferson, and has a background in the insurance/brokerage field as president and general manager of the property and casualty division for a local agency. He has served on many community boards and has a strong commitment to serving the citizens of Cole County.
