Born and raised in Osage County, Harry Otto graduated from the University of Mo-Columbia with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has a career as a CPA, served in the US Army Reserve, and held several MO state government positions. He is active in the Cole County community and is honored to serve as the Western District Commissioner.
