Derek Lee was elected to City Council to represent General Council Seat D in April 2023. He serves as Chair of the City Council Public Involvement Committee and as a member of the City Council Community Involvement Committee, and is the City Council Liaison to the Ozarks Transportation Organization. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and has owned and operated Lee Engineering and Associates in Springfield for 23 years.
