Kenny Glavan is the City Council Member for Ward 6, a Republican, and a Certified Hotel Administrator. He serves as President of the Mississippi Hotel & Lodging Association and is involved with several civic organizations, including the Biloxi Main Street and Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce. Glavan was recognized as Mississippi’s Hotel Manager of the Year in 2009.
