Dr. Mark Nicholson, a Montana native, moved to Billings in 2004. He holds degrees from Carroll College and the University of Washington School of Medicine, with training in family medicine and psychiatry, and practiced psychiatry for many years. As the Council Member for Ward 1, he focuses on increasing housing, reducing crime, and improving street safety.
